British Heart Foundation

We created a simple, no-nonsense campaign to help British Heart Foundation donors understand Gift Aid — the scheme where the government tops up their donation by 25%, at no extra cost to them. All they have to do is tick a box. So, we kept the language light and friendly, making it feel like a no-brainer rather than a scary tax thing. The campaign ran across email and direct mail.
